- the request has been reviewed and accepted;

- any required deposit has been paid;
- you receive confirmation from our side.
We reserve the right to decline any request without obligation to provide a detailed explanation
6. Deposits and Payments
To secure an appointment, a non-refundable deposit may be required unless otherwise stated in writing.
Deposits:
- reserve your appointment slot;
- compensate for design time, planning time, and scheduling commitment;
- may be applied toward the final session price, unless stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- final balances must be paid on the day of the appointment;
- accepted payment methods will be communicated in advance;
- failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of the appointment.
Prices may vary depending on design complexity, size, placement, session duration, location, travel requirements, and other artistic or operational considerations.

Penny Boy frequently works through travel dates, guest spots, conventions, and international appointments.
For travel-based bookings:
- dates and locations are limited;
- scheduling may be subject to change due to travel, logistics, convention schedules, force majeure, or operational needs;

- clients are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related personal costs unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
We are not liable for expenses you incur independently in connection with your booking unless required by applicable law.
8. Rescheduling, Cancellation, and No-Shows
Client rescheduling
Where possible, one reschedule may be allowed with reasonable notice. Specific notice requirements may be communicated at the time of booking.
If you:
- cancel too close to the appointment,
- fail to attend,
- arrive excessively late,
- do not respond to required pre-session communications,
- or otherwise make the appointment impossible to perform,
your deposit may be forfeited and a new deposit may be required to rebook.
Client cancellation
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Our rescheduling rights
We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergency, travel disruption, convention changes, safety concerns, force majeure, or other legitimate reasons. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a new date or transfer your deposit where appropriate.
9. Health, Safety, and Client Responsibility
Before any tattoo session, you may be asked to complete a consent form and disclose relevant medical information.
You agree to inform us of any condition that may affect the tattoo process or healing, including but not limited to:
- allergies;
- skin conditions;
- blood disorders;
- pregnancy or breastfeeding status;
- use of medication;
- recent illness;
- history of fainting, seizures, or healing complications.
You understand that:
- tattooing involves skin trauma and inherent risks;
- healing outcomes vary by person;
- certain placements, lifestyles, skin types, or aftercare behaviors may affect the final result.
We reserve the right to refuse or stop a session if we believe proceeding would be unsafe, inappropriate, or professionally inadvisable.
10. Design Review and Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving:
- spelling;
- dates;
- names;
- placement;
- scale;
- orientation;
- visible design elements
before the tattoo begins.
Once the stencil or design has been approved and the session has started, changes may no longer be possible.
We are not responsible for errors approved by the client before tattooing begins.
11. Aftercare and Healing
Proper aftercare is essential to the final result. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided.
We are not responsible for poor healing, pigment loss, infection risk, or aesthetic issues resulting from:
- failure to follow aftercare instructions;
- picking, scratching, friction, sun exposure, swimming, gym activity, or other prohibited behavior during healing;
- undisclosed medical issues;
- products used without our recommendation;
- natural skin response beyond our control.
Any touch-up policy, where offered, will be communicated separately and may depend on timing, healing quality, client compliance, and scheduling availability.
12. No Guarantee of Identical Outcome
Tattooing is a handcrafted artistic service performed on living skin. Because skin, anatomy, healing response, and long-term wear vary from person to person, we do not guarantee that:
- the healed tattoo will look identical to fresh photos;
- colors will heal exactly the same on every skin type;
- every detail will remain unchanged over time;
- the tattoo will age uniformly in all body areas.
Reasonable variations are part of the nature of tattooing.

Penny Boy reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or cancel any promotion in cases of misuse, abuse, fraud, or operational necessity.
